The face looks refreshed upon waking, but by night the skin becomes drawn and tired looking with a “sad” appearance.

Dark bags under the eyes, deepening of lacrimonasal and nasolabial folds, and drooping at the corners of the mouth are visible. The complexion appears gray and dull with an uneven skin tone and areas of hyperpigmentation.

Facial contours appear to lose volume.

The muscular framework of the face and subcutaneous fat are weakly expressed. Facial skin hydration decreases, leaving the complexion with a “dried out” look. A network of fine wrinkles form, giving the skin a crepey appearance. This is made worse by a dehydrated, uneven complexion. The main areas of concern are the crow's feet around the outer eye corners, horizontal wrinkles on the forehead, deep nasolabial folds, and vertical lines near the lip.

The face looks tired and drained due to soft tissue laxity. Bags under the eyes are typical, as are drooping upper lids, buccula (double chin), sagging jowls, deflated cheeks, sharp nasolabial furrows, and thickening of the nose’s alar.

It is often accompanied by reddening of the cheeks due to rosacea and/or hyperpigmentation.

Deep, static forehead wrinkles, vertical furrows between the brows, pronounced nasolabial folds, alar thickening, and gaunt cheekbones are all typical. The face does not droop downward, and subcutaneous fat is almost absent. Uneven pigmentation and dryness are often present.

Facial structure remains almost unchanged.

Age-related lymphatic changes, along with a decrease in circulation, low muscle tone, and skin elasticity are known causes.

Leading causes include skin dehydration, the destruction of the collagen framework within the dermis, and low muscle tone in the face.

The weakened soft tissues droop, pulling the skin downward along with it. The muscle frame ceases to support subcutaneous tissue. A large amount of subcutaneous fat retains fluid and contributes to the development of edema (swelling). A reduction in the quantity and quality of collagen and elastin fibers means there is no longer a framework to support the skin.

The facial musculature appears prominent since the skin lacks adequate volume from subcutaneous fatty tissue. Due to the active clonus of the facial muscles and loss of fat pads under the skin, deep creases and folds begin to form.

The goal of treatment is to reduce the appearance of superficial epidermal wrinkles by boosting microcirculation, lightening the skin, and improving the tone of facial muscles.

Treatment focuses on restoring skin’s water balance and strengthening facial muscles to improve skin quality.

Therapy aims to promote microcirculation and lymphatic drainage to reduce edema, and to stimulate collagen and elastin production.

The goal is to encourage microcirculation and increase hyaluronic acid levels to restore volume where fat pads in the face once were.

Cover the product on various parts of the skin surface, then gradually spread it over the entire area that was treated for redermalization.
